Eye Care Services for University Staff & Students

The Department of Optometry & Vision Sciences operates the University of Melbourne EyeCare practice which offers patient care primarily for University staff and students, but is also open to the general public and for specialist referral by other practitioners. The practice is located on Swanston Street, immediately opposite University Gate 3 (pedestrian entrance). Eyecare assessments are provide free of charge and University staff and students are offered a substantial discount (20-30%) off retail for contact lenses, prescription glasses and sunglasses.
